There are two blocks of apartments:

Mar y Playa I totally renovated in 2007 with air conditioning (see room type: 1 bedroon apartment 2/3 pers AC)

Mar y Playa II renovated in 2000, without air conditioning (see room type: 1 bedroon apartment 2/3 pers no AC)

Both have 4 floors, in all with 167 rooms, most of all with balcony over the promenade.Due to their position, you can enjoy its brightness and their wonderfull views to our neighbour Formentera island.

Apartment Mar y Playa offers 24h reception service, a very nice terrace bar, where our guests can taste a wide range of meals or just have a good time seeing people walking by.Next to the bar there is a swimming pool with solarium . There is also a TV and an entertaining room.

El placer de la navegación

 El pasado viernes día 30 de abril dio comienzo la XVIII edición de la Feria Náutica de Santa Eulalia hasta las 20h del domingo día 2 de Mayo.

La exposición se puede visitar en el Puerto Deportivo, una amplia variedad de embarcaciones de todos los modelos, marcas y tamaños expuestos en tierra como en el mar. Y muchos artículos para la práctica de actividades deportivas en el mar.

El evento lo abrió el alcalde Vicent Marí Torres con el resto de autoridades del Municipio, junto con el Sr. Mariano Riera presidente de la PIMEEF, con el representante  de la asociación de Náutica el Sr. Gabino Amoedo y colaboradores del Puerto de Santa Eulalia.

Durante el recorrido en la presentación de los stand el alcalde fue cordialmente saludando a todas las empresas que exponen sus mejores productos para todos los visitantes de la feria y amantes de la náutica.
